Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all DialedN-sponsored offers and promotions. They do not apply to any Seller-sponsored offers or promotions. Some offers and promotions have additional terms and conditions, such as credit or coupon expiration dates, that supplement those on this page. You can view the additional terms and conditions applicable to specific offers and promotions in the email or other communication you received from DialedN regarding the offer or promotion.

Terms & Conditions:

• This is a limited time offer.
• The offer is void where prohibited.
• DialedN may modify, suspend or cancel the offer at any time for any or no reason.
• The offer is only good while supplies last.
• The offer is limited to one per person and/or store.
• The offer may not be combined with any other offers.
• The offer is non-transferrable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
• Any promotional credits, DialedN-funded coupons, or any other awards you receive through the offer are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• This offer is subject to all of DialedN’s Policies.
• If you are awarded a promotional credit or coupon through the offer, redemption of the promotional credit will be subject to the DialedN E-Gift Card, Coupons & Credits Policy, which explains promotional credit and coupon availability, usage limitations, and additional restrictions.
• You must have an existing DialedN account or register a new one to redeem a DialedN Coupon and apply it to a purchase.
• If you violate these terms, or any other DialedN terms and conditions, the offer and any credit, coupon, or other award you receive may be invalidated.
• DialedN is not responsible for errors in any offer related materials, or any errors or delays in the processing of any awards you may be entitled to.
• Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the offer is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, DialedN reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any person violating these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• If the offer has a minimum purchase requirement:
  • The purchase must be made with a single transaction with any one DialedN store, , except in the case of a coupon offer, which can be used to discount a single transaction that may include purchases from multiple stores.
  • Applicable taxes, shipping, coupons or discounts, or any other costs charged by the seller in connection with the transaction will not apply towards the minimum spending requirement.
  • The purchase amount will be calculated after applying any Store (i.e. non-DialedN) Coupons or discounts.
  • If you return, or seek a refund on, a transaction that satisfied the purchase requirement, (i) your promotional credit may be invalidated or it may be reduced from any refund consistent with the seller’s policies and DialedN policies; and (ii) any refund you may be entitled to will not include the DialedN Coupon or its redemption value.
